Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Ashland, Massachusetts facility to provide site-level quality leadership and serve as the site Management Representative for Quality. The role owns the Quality Management System, customer complaints, CAPA, audits, supplier quality, validation, quality control plans, risk management, KPI reporting, and continuous improvement, while leading the site quality team and exercising independent quality authority. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, quality, or a related technical field, or six years of manufacturing quality experience; two years of relevant manufacturing quality experience, ISO and GMP experience, and knowledge of FDA requirements are required. The salary range is $80,000 to $85,000 annually, with up to 25% travel required.
