Description
The Quality Engineer is responsible for in-process and final product quality, design and contract reviews, quality-system interpretation, internal audits, customer and supplier quality support, nonconforming-part analysis, root-cause and corrective-action investigations, quality metrics, inspection tools, and continuous improvement. The role is 100% office-based at the East Hartford, Connecticut plant and requires a four-year degree or five years of inspection experience plus two to three years as a Quality Engineer or equivalent, along with statistical process control, lean, GD&T, shop math, and Microsoft Office knowledge.
