Three D Metals is hiring a Quality Engineer to manage customer quality complaints and claims for manufactured metal products. The role leads root-cause investigations, containment, corrective and preventive actions, customer communication, quality reporting, and continuous improvement while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, and operations teams. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, metallurgy, or a related field, 3–5+ years of relevant quality or manufacturing experience, metallurgical knowledge, ISO 9001 familiarity, and occasional travel.
