Description
Trystar is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Faribault facility to support manufacturing quality, improve first-pass yield and on-time delivery, analyze returned materials and warranty data, and lead process controls, FMEAs, CAPA, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role reports to the Quality Manager, requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical discipline and at least three years of experience in an ISO 9001-certified manufacturing environment, and includes up to 15% domestic travel. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and offers medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
