The role supports the quality management system, investigates and resolves quality issues, supports customer and supplier concerns, new product introductions, and product changes, and conducts process audits. Candidates should have relevant engineering or quality-management education, manufacturing quality experience, ISO 9001 familiarity, and experience with problem-solving, CAPA, and process improvement.
