WILD GmbH is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer in Völkermarkt, Austria. The role serves as a central interface between customers, production, product management, and quality assurance, supporting project managers with assembly, inspection, and work instructions; moderating FMEA risk analyses; planning and controlling process validations; qualifying manufacturing and assembly equipment; representing customer quality interests in serial production; handling complaints; and implementing systematic quality improvements. Candidates need secondary, FH, or university-level technical or business education, strong knowledge of FAI, MSA, Cpk, FMEA, and APQP/PPAP, basic medical technology knowledge, and very good English. The position offers a future-proof company environment, development opportunities, and a salary based on the metal-industry collective agreement for pay group E, with possible overpayment.
