Description
Gentex Corp is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer for its Simpson, PA / Carbondale, Pennsylvania facility to support the Quality Management System and drive continual improvement across product, supplier, manufacturing, and process quality. The role involves collecting and analyzing QMS data, participating in internal audits and root cause/corrective action efforts, defining acceptance criteria, evaluating supplier performance, developing quality plans, and representing Quality in new product development. The position requires a technical bachelor’s degree, at least three years of quality-related experience, Minitab or similar statistical software, and familiarity with ISO 9001 / AS 9100, SPC, metrology, and Lean Six Sigma; it is an individual contributor role with limited travel and no direct reports.
