Lockheed Martin is hiring a Quality Engineer for its Missiles and Fire Control team in Chelmsford, Massachusetts. The role develops and reviews quality standards, methods, and procedures; analyzes manufacturing-process issues; leads corrective-action meetings and material and failure review boards; performs compliance audits; and coordinates with customers, suppliers, and program personnel while applying lean and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain a secret clearance, and a STEM-related bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience. Desired qualifications include SAP, GD&T, FMEAs, root-cause and corrective-action processes, Six Sigma, statistical process control, discrete or microelectronics experience, J-STD-001/IPC-A-610 familiarity, and ASQ CQE certification. The full-time salary range is $79,300 to $147,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
