Description
Emerson is seeking a Quality Analytics Engineer to develop and implement data-driven quality improvement strategies. The role analyzes manufacturing, operational, and field data; builds dashboards, reports, KPIs, and scalable analytics solutions; leads root-cause investigations and corrective actions; applies statistical modeling; and partners with cross-functional stakeholders. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, quality-analytics or manufacturing-analytics experience, SQL, Python, R, or similar tools, and familiarity with quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, and DOE. Preferred qualifications include experience in regulated industries, machine learning, predictive analytics, ERP or enterprise data platforms, and scalable business intelligence solutions.
