Description
Mercury Systems is hiring a quality engineering professional to support aerospace and defense product development and manufacturing. The role leads product quality planning, PFMEA and control plans, inspections and testing, supplier and process qualification, variation control, root-cause and corrective actions, ECO flow-down, RMA and failure analysis, customer quality communications, metrics, continuous improvement, and AS9100 quality management. It requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, 4–6 years of relevant experience with complex electromechanical assemblies and systems, aerospace/defense quality standards knowledge, manufacturing-process familiarity, and experience with PLM, ERP, MES, issue-tracking, and Microsoft software.
