Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer for its Missiles & Fire Control team in Ocala, Florida. The role supports quality objectives across manufacturing, repair, and procurement by developing quality standards, reviewing processes and documentation, analyzing quality data, leading corrective-action and parts-review meetings, conducting audits and technical evaluations, investigating product failures, and collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and customers. The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or another STEM discipline, and experience with nonconformance management, root cause analysis, corrective action, and cross-functional quality resolution.
