Lockheed Martin is hiring a full-time Quality Engineer to support the Dynamic Components Back Shop Machine Shop on the second shift at RMS Sikorsky in Stratford, Connecticut. The role covers part inspection, production quality, engineering issue tracking, root-cause and corrective-action investigations, inspection and testing processes, FAI and ICL support, supplier and material review activities, and continuous improvement. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience, GD&T knowledge, inspection-plan and FAI experience, and strong communication skills; ISO 9001/AS9100, manufacturing inspection, drawing interpretation, and root-cause analysis are desired. The position offers a flexible 4X10 schedule and a full-time salary range of $79,300 to $147,300, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
