Description
The Quality Engineer applies quality principles across design, manufacturing, production control, product evaluation, reliability, inventory, and research and development. The role performs technical evaluations, product failure investigations, corrective and preventive actions, inspection and testing process design, statistical analysis, supplier certification, and quality-system improvements. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, manufacturing knowledge, the ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance, and U.S. citizenship.
