Apple’s Employee Engagement & Engineering team is hiring an Engineering Enablement engineer to support the quality and reliability of AI and productivity applications. The role covers internal testing, UAT, synthetic dataset creation, AI output evaluation, automated evaluation pipelines, LLM-as-a-judge integration, monitoring, issue triage, and collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams. Candidates need software or quality engineering experience, AI application testing experience, testing methodology experience, and a B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
