Description
The role investigates and diagnoses field returns involving mechanical, electrical, and software problems; performs root-cause analysis, testing, validation, and trend analysis; develops diagnostic processes and software tools; coordinates technical improvements with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing; and supports complaint management. The position seeks a mechatronics or electronics background, control-engineering and programming knowledge, hardware expertise, problem-solving and statistical skills, strong documentation, and English and German language abilities.
