The role manages the ISO 9001 quality management system, evaluates products, trains measurement and quality-check employees, communicates with customers, leads cross-functional quality issue resolution, and prepares quality reports. Candidates need a university or college degree, 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, fluent English, strong communication skills, analytical problem-solving ability, and experience working in a multicultural international environment.
