Description
Ford Energy is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead quality and manufacturing systems at its Glendale, Kentucky battery park. The role will establish and monitor workstation-level quality targets, manage statistical process control, conduct audits, support PFMEA and efficiency planning, lead corrective actions, develop KPIs, and drive lean manufacturing and continuous improvement across a 24/7 manufacturing operation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering and 0–3+ years of manufacturing process or quality engineering experience in an automated manufacturing facility, with additional technical and startup experience preferred. The role is onsite, offers a base salary of $74,300–$166,200, and does not provide visa sponsorship.
