Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer supports product quality and process efficiency across the manufacturing lifecycle by developing quality systems, inspection plans, and quality documentation; monitoring production; conducting root-cause analysis and corrective actions; supporting audits; managing customer quality inquiries; and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or engineering technology or five years of on-the-job experience, at least three years of ASME or equivalent quality experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and overtime. The position is primarily office-based with exposure to manufacturing noise, may require minimal travel, and requires U.S. work authorization without sponsorship. The stated salary is $67,000-$87,000.
