Description
AFL is hiring a Quality Engineer to lead defect elimination, root-cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, statistical process control, measurement-system analysis, process controls, quality audits, new-product industrialization, and continuous-improvement projects. The role reports to the OpEx Director, works in a combination of office and manufacturing environments, and requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field plus at least five years of manufacturing, quality, process engineering, or continuous-improvement experience.
