Description
The Quality Engineer II supports manufacturing lines and New Product Introduction activities at Boston Scientific’s Arden Hills facility. The role focuses on process control, quality assurance, CAPA systems, defect analysis, root-cause investigation, and continuous improvement using Six Sigma, statistical analysis, and Lean methodologies. It also involves cross-functional collaboration with manufacturing, production, and product development teams, as well as coaching technician team members. The position requires an onsite five-day-per-week work model and offers a minimum salary of $71,500 and a maximum salary of $135,800.
