Description
The Quality Engineer II supports and improves project quality systems, performs advanced inspections, and ensures conformance to contract requirements, design specifications, and applicable codes and standards. The role collaborates with construction and engineering teams, coordinates third-party inspections and testing, maintains quality records, supports quality plans and procedures, and provides technical guidance to Quality Engineer I and Quality Inspector personnel. It requires 4–7 years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance/control, or construction inspection, along with strong documentation, communication, and technical-submittal skills; a bachelor's degree is preferred, and field experience in structural steel, concrete, piping, welding, mechanical systems, or electrical QA/QC is advantageous.
