Description
The Quality Engineering Manager will lead product and process quality activities at Boston Scientific’s Cartago site, including resolving complex exceptions, investigating defects and customer complaints, managing CAPAs and validation activities, evaluating equipment and processes, and supporting new product and technology transfers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or related field, at least three years of similar experience, knowledge of QSR and ISO/MDD standards, and familiarity with statistical and quality tools such as Six Sigma, Lean, SPC, DOE, and Gage R&R. The position also provides technical guidance to quality staff and coordinates with suppliers, engineering disciplines, and customers.
