Description
Textron Systems is hiring a Quality Engineer IV for its Weapon Systems business area. The role leads quality planning, traceability, supplier and manufacturing process controls, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, audits, and quality initiatives across complex DoD weapon system programs. It also includes mentoring junior staff, technical leadership, customer and government interactions, and support for proposals and contract requirements. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field, 10 years of relevant experience, DoD security clearance eligibility, and U.S. citizenship.
