PNC is hiring a Quality Engineer Lead (Python/JAVA) to lead test strategy, automation, CI/CD quality integration, quality governance, risk and defect management, reporting, and the development of scalable testing solutions across lending technology applications. The role provides technical direction, mentors quality engineers, and partners with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders. It is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania; Strongsville, Ohio; Birmingham, Alabama; or Dallas, Texas, and requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant industry experience. The base salary is $86,250 to $158,125, with incentive eligibility.
