Description
The Quality Assurance Engineer develops, evaluates, analyzes, revises, applies, and deploys technical quality assurance tools, methods, and work content. Responsibilities include inspection, verification, validation, quality systems, process improvement, audits, compliance with standards such as ISO and Six Sigma, data analysis, corrective-action planning, and coordination with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and third-party certifying bodies. The role requires foundational knowledge of specialized disciplines, typically less than two years of relevant experience, and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
