Eaton is hiring a Quality Manager – Global Data Center Segment to define and govern the end-to-end quality framework for post-order execution across its global data center business. Based in Dubai, the role leads global quality strategy, assurance and testing, process standardization, KPI monitoring, continuous improvement, risk escalation, and the development of a small global quality team. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, operations, or a related technical discipline and at least 15 years of experience in quality management, operational excellence, or execution leadership in complex global environments.
