Description
Hadrian is hiring a Quality Engineer to review and ensure compliance with customer and program quality requirements, onboard customers, map requirements, assess capability gaps, integrate quality processes into automation systems, manage audits, and drive data-driven process improvements. The role also develops quality plans, protocols, documentation standards, and quality-management-system capabilities while acting as a product owner for quality-related automation tools. Candidates need at least five years of quality engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or defense manufacturing, along with knowledge of AS9100, manufacturing quality processes, and cross-functional project management. The target salary is $110,000–$160,000, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), flexible vacation, equity, and possible relocation support.
