Description
The Quality Engineer will support the development and maintenance of quality systems, standards, performance measurements, corrective and preventive controls, and quality management processes. The role includes monitoring quality performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting with root-cause analysis and product or process quality plans, leading continuous improvement, and participating in cross-functional teams. The position requires a four-year engineering or related degree, at least three years of quality control and assurance experience, fluency in English and Spanish, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with manufacturing, quality standards, and core quality tools.
