Description
PNC is hiring a Quality Engineer Principal to design and lead enterprise-wide test automation strategies, frameworks, and standards; drive adoption of automation, AI-driven testing, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices; build reusable automation platforms; and mentor engineers and architects. The role also oversees risk and defect processes, prepares quality reports, supports continuous improvement, and provides strategic oversight to junior Quality Engineers. It is based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, or Dallas, Texas, requires a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of industry-relevant experience, and does not offer visa sponsorship.
