McLaren Automotive is hiring a permanent full-time Quality Engineer - Problem Management in Woking, United Kingdom. Reporting to the Quality Manager, Problem Management, the role owns quality metrics and objectives for assigned vehicle modules, leads problem resolution through the Product Problem Management process, monitors corrective actions, and collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supplier quality, validation, and aftersales teams. The position requires an engineering or quality-management qualification or equivalent experience, automotive product-development and quality-management knowledge, cross-functional collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
