The role manages quality plans, test protocols, work instructions, internal and external audits, KPIs, preventive actions, quality training, workplace inspections, and quality improvement. Candidates should have a technical bachelor's or master's degree, preferably experience in quality assurance, audits, process optimization, and certifications, strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent Dutch communication, and basic English or French knowledge. The position offers a market-rate salary, extralegal benefits, 32 vacation days, training, and a permanent contract after a successful interim period.
