The role covers composite projects and component delivery, quality documentation, validation frameworks, quality metrics, root-cause analysis, PFMEA, SPC, MSA, supplier quality, and measurement techniques. The position requires expert quality-engineering knowledge, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work within cross-functional teams; composite production, automotive manufacturing, low-volume vehicle programmes, fabric manufacturing, and Minitab experience are advantageous.
