Description
Lockheed Martin Space is hiring a Quality Engineer to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems, review engineering and manufacturing documents, and serve as the final authority on product acceptability. The role performs CMM, FaroArm, and 3D-scanner inspections; develops inspection and control plans, PPAP, FAI, and measurement-system studies; leads NCR and CAR processes; conducts root-cause and corrective-action analysis; supports production and engineering teams; and mentors inspectors and engineers. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CMM and precision-inspection expertise, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and U.S. citizenship with security-clearance eligibility are required. The full-time position pays $95,900 to $178,100 annually and includes medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
