Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for its Advanced Programs Special Programs team in Orlando, Florida. The role develops and reviews quality standards, processes, work instructions, and procedures; collaborates with cross-functional teams; identifies and resolves non-conformances; drives corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders; and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience, an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Top Secret clearance, manufacturing and quality-process knowledge, and experience with non-conforming material control. The full-time salary range is $85,300 to $158,300, with medical, dental, vision, flexible scheduling, and other benefits.
