Description
The Production Quality Engineer supports aircraft production at RMS Sikorsky Stratford by managing product quality requirements, leading root-cause and corrective-action investigations, analyzing quality metrics, supporting first-article inspections and production audits, and coordinating with manufacturing, engineering, supplier quality, customers, and other cross-functional teams. The role focuses on one of several Sikorsky model lines and requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, aerospace or manufacturing experience, data-analysis and presentation skills, and knowledge of inspection processes and quality-management systems such as ISO 9001 or AS9100. The full-time position offers a salary range of $95,900 to $178,100 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
