Description
The Quality Engineer develops, modifies, applies, and maintains quality evaluation and control systems for aerospace products and processes. The role collaborates with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, and customers; designs inspection and testing procedures; conducts quality assurance and statistical analyses; investigates product failures; audits quality systems; and develops corrective and preventive actions. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with four years of professional experience, or a related master's degree with two years of experience, along with manufacturing, problem-solving, quality engineering, and MRB experience. Desired qualifications include space vehicle knowledge, VE-CAMS and SAP proficiency, mechanical and electrical production experience, AS9100 or ISO9000 knowledge, and dimensional inspection skills. The full-time salary range is $95,900 to $178,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
