Description
The Quality Engineer will ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality management systems, review engineering drawings and manufacturing instructions, validate product acceptability, and develop inspection and control plans. The role requires programming and operating CMMs, FaroArms, and blue-light or 3D scanners; maintaining measurement data in ERP/SAP; leading NCR and CAR processes; conducting root-cause and capability studies; supporting continuous improvement; and mentoring inspection and production personnel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, CMM and precision-inspection expertise, AS9100/ISO 9001 knowledge, and U.S. citizenship with security-clearance eligibility are required.
