Description
The Quality Lead will oversee quality for a key ADP Skunk Works program, integrating quality activities across design, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include product and process quality, technical evaluations, failure investigations, corrective and preventive actions, inspection and testing processes, supplier certification, and continuous improvement. The role requires broad aerospace program experience, RCCA expertise, leadership of quality teams, and knowledge of 1LMX tools and quality management systems.
