Description
The Quality Lead will oversee product and process quality for a key ADP Skunk Works program, integrating quality activities across design, manufacturing, supply chain, program management, engineering, and customer stakeholders. Responsibilities include technical evaluations, failure investigations, corrective and preventive actions, inspection and testing process design, supplier certification, quality-system audits, and continuous improvement. The role requires broad aerospace program experience, RCCA expertise, leadership of quality teams, and experience with government customers and DCMA. The position offers a full-time salary range of $145,100 to $269,500 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
