Description
The Production Rapid Response Engineer leads cross-functional efforts to improve the manufacturability, cost, quality, reliability, yield, cycle time, capacity, and cost-effectiveness of new and existing products. The role combines hands-on engineering with program-control responsibilities, covering design and manufacturing engineering, production processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment, testing, data analysis, and cross-functional team leadership. It is a full-time position in Dallas requiring a U.S. citizen, Secret clearance eligibility, a relevant engineering bachelor's degree, and 8–12+ years of manufacturing or product development experience.
