Description
The Staff Quality Engineer will lead system auditor quality initiatives and serve as the principal auditor for Missiles and Fire Control operations. Responsibilities include developing audit scopes and work plans, conducting internal and external audits, assessing risks, managing CAPA, preparing audit reports, facilitating management reviews, and supporting AS9100 certification and supplier quality processes. The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree, supplier quality or manufacturing quality experience, knowledge of SPC/SQC and quality management systems, and familiarity with AS9100 certification audits. The full-time position offers a salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
