Description
The Quality Engineer will lead yield improvement activities for a specific program site, review quality data and manufacturing processes, conduct root-cause and failure investigations, support corrective and preventive actions, participate in material and failure review boards, audit quality systems, and make final acceptability decisions. The role requires a bachelor-level technical engineering or quality assurance degree, cross-functional yield improvement experience, root-cause analysis, nonconforming-material disposition, and strong technical and communication skills. The full-time salary range is $104,900 to $194,700, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
