Description
The Quality Engineer applies quality principles across design, production, materials, reliability, inventory, and R&D; evaluates requirements, specifications, models, drawings, and procedures; leads failure, MRB, and FRB investigations; develops corrective and preventive actions; improves supplier and internal performance; designs inspection and test processes; performs statistical analysis; conducts ISO-9001/AS9100 audits; and serves as the final authority on product acceptability. The role requires a bachelor-level technical engineering degree, cross-functional yield-improvement experience, root-cause analysis, and nonconforming-material disposition experience, with Lean Six Sigma, AS9100, GD&T, and quality-certification qualifications preferred. The full-time salary range is $118,000 to $219,100, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, and other benefits.
