The Program Quality Associate Manager leads Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineers on the GMLRS International program, overseeing quality operations, defect prevention, compliance, corrective and preventive actions, continuous improvement, and customer liaison activities. The role requires a technical engineering degree, security clearance, quality-management-system experience, team-leadership experience, government-customer experience, nonconforming-material experience, and the ability to travel. The position offers a full-time salary range of $104,900 to $194,700 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
