Description
Envitia is hiring a permanent full-time Quality Engineering Lead to establish and scale quality engineering practices across its software engineering function. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, including test strategy, automation, CI/CD integration, release assurance, defect management, and coaching Agile teams. It requires experience in software testing, quality engineering, test automation, and modern development practices, along with eligibility to obtain and maintain an SC security clearance. The position offers flexible remote working with travel to the Horsham office approximately two days per month and occasional customer-site travel across the United Kingdom.
