Description
Thyme Care is hiring a Quality Engineering Lead to own the quality feedback loop for its internal Thyme Box care-management platform. The role manages and grows a team of 1–2 quality engineers, sets quality standards and measurement practices, leads bug triage and defect-trend analysis, performs exploratory testing, supports automated testing and quality tooling, investigates production incidents, and mentors engineers. Candidates need 5+ years of software, quality engineering, or SRE experience, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers, along with strong knowledge of CI pipelines, automated testing, observability, and quality communication. The base salary is $200,000 to $235,000.
