Description
The Quality Engineering Leader resides at Whitehall Plant 3 and reports to the Quality Assurance Manager. The role leads product yield, variation, cost, quality, customer-satisfaction, and new-product-introduction initiatives; manages part quality and customer expectations; coordinates with engineering, quality, and customer teams; leads investigations of customer-facing issues; and develops and trains quality engineering staff. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of quality-related experience, and at least one year of leadership experience, with aerospace investment-casting quality experience and PPAP/APQP expertise preferred.
