IGEL is hiring a permanent, on-site Quality Engineering Manager in Bangalore to lead quality strategy for complex cloud services and cross-service workflows. The role owns end-to-end validation, automation architecture, performance and security testing, release readiness, observability, reliability, and production-quality issues, while mentoring senior QA engineers and influencing AI validation in product and platform design. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience, 10 to 14 years of QA, automation, or cloud-platform quality experience, and expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, test automation, performance engineering, and security testing.
