Description
Rochester Precision Optics LLC is hiring a Quality Engineering Manager to lead the Quality Engineering team supporting the manufacture of precision optical components, assemblies, and systems. The role manages and develops Quality Engineers, supports quality improvements across fabrication, coating, assembly, inspection, and manufacturing operations, and leads root-cause investigations, CAPA, Lean, Six Sigma, process capability, and quality metrics. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline, at least seven years of progressive quality engineering experience in manufacturing, and prior leadership of Quality Engineers. It is a Monday–Friday, first-shift role in a controlled manufacturing environment with health, dental, vision, HSA, and life insurance benefits.
