Senior Metal Bellows is hiring a Quality Manager to lead and improve the company’s quality organization and Quality Management System. Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the role oversees quality assurance, quality control, calibration, customer and supplier quality, quality-system compliance, audits, corrective actions, quality metrics, and cross-functional quality improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, or a related technical discipline, at least 8 years of progressive quality experience including team leadership, and strong AS9100 knowledge. The hiring range is 130,000–145,000.
